Compensation:
Local Hourly Rate: $75.13/hr
Total Weekly Gross: Up to $3,000
Weekly Stipend (Traveler): Up to $1,925.20
Position Overview:
A reputable healthcare facility in Brooklyn, New York is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Educator for a 13-week contract assignment. The Nurse Educator will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to support nursing staff competency, professional growth, and compliance with clinical standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement orientation and ongoing training programs for nursing staff
Design and update educational curricula based on current clinical standards
Mentor and support newly hired and existing nursing staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
Introduce and promote evidence-based practices
Assess learning needs and evaluate training effectiveness
Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical quality and patient outcomes
Required Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New York
Previous experience as a Nurse Educator or in clinical education
Strong knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple educational initiatives
Assignment Details:

40 Hours per Week
Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
