Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join a long-term care (LTC) facility. Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident conditions
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow established care plans and infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and follow the chain of command
- Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-centered environment
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Montana
- Less than 1 year of experience accepted – new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and flexible, including availability for holiday coverage
