"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a skilled nursing facility in Pocatello, ID. In this role, you will provide essential evening care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Safely support residents with transfers to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Follow infection control protocols, safety standards, and hygiene practices
- Help maintain a clean, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Idaho
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with patient transfers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and variable schedules
