Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support sterile processing operations, ensuring instrument cleanliness, accurate assembly, and quality compliance to uphold patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Decontaminate, clean, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments
- Operate autoclaves, washer disinfectors, and other processing equipment
- Inspect instruments for cleanliness, damage, and proper assembly
- Document and track sterilization cycles and inventory
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow infection control standards
- Collaborate with team to improve workflows and quality
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of sterile processing experience
- Knowledge of ANSI/AAMI standards and manufacturer IFUs
- Experience with autoclaves and washer disinfectors
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
