Pay Rate: $20 – $24 per hour
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide dedicated support to students with special needs in a school setting. The PCA will assist with personal care tasks, ensure student safety, and help create a supportive and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care support, including toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance.
Assist students during classroom activities and daily routines.
Support teachers in maintaining a safe and structured learning environment.
Monitor student well-being and ensure comfort throughout the school day.
Offer emotional support and encourage positive social interactions.
Qualifications
Prior experience working with children with disabilities or special needs preferred.
Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with school staff.
