Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Environmental Service Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary healthcare environment. This role plays a key part in infection control and overall facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of patient rooms, common areas, and equipment
- Maintain and replenish supplies (SPD materials, paper goods, and dry inventory)
- Ensure floors, surfaces, and facility areas are well-maintained
- Follow infection control protocols and safety standards
- Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment for proper functionality
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Healthcare or clinical environment experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and safety-focused
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
