Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor, record, and report vital signs and any changes in resident condition
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nursing staff and care teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active CNA certification
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
