Job Summary:
Seeking an IT Technician to support workstation deployment, device imaging, hardware installation, troubleshooting, and IT equipment inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Image, configure, and deploy Windows desktops and laptops.
- Install workstations, peripherals, and Dell Wyse thin clients.
- Use MECM, Workspace ONE, and Wyse Management Suite.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and equipment staging.
- Inventory, disconnect, move, and organize surplus IT equipment.
Requirements:
- Experience with IT support, desktop deployment, and hardware installation.
- Knowledge of Windows imaging and device configuration tools preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work onsite.
