We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Advisor Associate to join our team at an independent, boutique wealth advisory firm in Palm Beach Gardens. As a Wealth Service Associate, you will help provide financial planning and investment support to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing financial information, and developing customized strategies tailored to meet individual client needs.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of financial markets, investment products, and financial planning principles, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Research experience is preferred as the candidate would assist our CIO office with research and portfolio analytics. We are seeking a team player to work with us in office and offer competitive salaries.
· Help maintain strong relationships with clients, including daily conversation and understanding their financial objectives.
· Onboarding new clients and maintaining up-to-date information with all CRM systems and Custodians.
· Operational management – performance reporting, disbursement processing, client reporting, trading.
· Assist Financial Advisors with preparing for and documenting meetings with clients.
· Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation to meet regulatory and internal standards.
· Help FAs with review and revision of financial plans as necessary to adapt to changing circumstances or goals.
· Stay current with market trends, economic conditions, and investment products.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, including but not limited to fiduciary standards and licensing requirements.
· Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices and incorporate them into daily operations.
· Research and provide portfolio analytics
· Sales and marketing support.
Qualifications· Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, focusing on Finance
· Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses are required or expected to be obtained
· Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license is preferred
· At least three years of experience in financial services is preferred.
· Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with using various financial software. Excel, Black Diamond, eMoney, Charles Schwab, and/or NetX360, are preferred.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
