What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Representative position at Naviron?
Naviron is pleased to partner with a fast-growing SaaS startup that's helping construction businesses streamline operations, improve safety compliance, and run more profitable businesses.
They're expanding in 2026 and looking for a Business Development Rep to generate, qualify, and set high-quality meetings for the AE team.
This is a hybrid role, must be based in Denver or surrounding area.
What you’ll do:
- Drive pipeline through outbound prospecting across mulitple channels (high-volume cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, event follow-up, etc.)
- Book qualified meetings and demos for AEs
- Track and maintain accurate activity, notes, and lead data in HubSpot
- Work closely with leadership and operations on initiatives that support pipeline performance and team efficiency
- Influence company growth directly through lead qualification, opportunity development, and new customer acquisition
What you have:
- 1 years in BDR/SDR role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and stay persistent
- Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to work in a quota-driven environment with a structured sales process.
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity and a solutions-first approach
- Team-oriented, high energy, and coachable
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, startup environment with strong ability to adapt to change
Compensation:
- $50-60K base salary (DOE) commission
- Full benefits
