Naviron is pleased to partner with a fast-growing SaaS startup that's helping construction businesses streamline operations, improve safety compliance, and run more profitable businesses.


They're expanding in 2026 and looking for a Business Development Rep to generate, qualify, and set high-quality meetings for the AE team.


This is a hybrid role, must be based in Denver or surrounding area.


What you’ll do:


  • Drive pipeline through outbound prospecting across mulitple channels (high-volume cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, event follow-up, etc.)
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for AEs
  • Track and maintain accurate activity, notes, and lead data in HubSpot
  • Work closely with leadership and operations on initiatives that support pipeline performance and team efficiency
  • Influence company growth directly through lead qualification, opportunity development, and new customer acquisition


What you have:


  • 1 years in BDR/SDR role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and stay persistent
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to work in a quota-driven environment with a structured sales process.
  • Self-starter mindset with curiosity and a solutions-first approach
  • Team-oriented, high energy, and coachable
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, startup environment with strong ability to adapt to change


Compensation:


  • $50-60K base salary (DOE) commission
  • Full benefits
