Working under the supervision of the Manager of Information Technology, the Technology coordinator oversees the operation of the organization’s technology services in order to support administrative and instructional programs. Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree (Management Information Systems, Information Technology) or equivalent knowledge and years of experience required● Three years or more in a technology focused role required● Leadership experience in the area of technology preferred● Vast knowledge of information technology and operations● Experience in working in charter schools, education, and/or non-profits preferred● Previous experience working with a diverse student population preferred● Bilingual in Spanish is a plus● Friendly disposition, customer service oriented, able to multitask, remains calm and able to listen to technology issues without judging the user's level of ability, industrious● Resourceful and a self-starter● Takes initiative
