Under the direction of the Academic Data & Assessment Coordinator, the Assessment Proctor is responsible for proctoring of state testing at Navigator School sites. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with peers, teachers, and students, have a deep commitment to student achievement, hold self to high expectations, and uphold Navigator school culture at all times. Requirements:High School Diploma, BA or AA degree preferredKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the fieldReliance on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functionsDesire to improve professionally, open to receiving coaching and feedbackFlexible to a changing work environment; always presents with a positive attitudeAbility to read and write simple correspondencePossesses effective communication skills
