I'm partnered with globally recognized Am Law 100 firm in San Francisco seeking a Tax Attorney (Associate) with an M&A background to join their growing business tax practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on the tax aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
- Assess transaction structures and provide practical guidance regarding tax risks, opportunities, and implementation considerations.
- Support business initiatives from planning through execution, including due diligence, documentation review, and post-closing integration matters.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders on a wide variety of federal, state, and international tax issues.
- Analyze evolving tax laws and regulatory developments and translate technical requirements into business-focused recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of tax-efficient strategies that align with broader organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Admitted to state bar
- LL.M. in Tax (preferred)
- M&A experience in multi-deal environment
Salary : $200,000 - $450,000
