Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience interpreting the federal acquisition rule such as FAR and agency specific GPC policies.
- Experience overseeing compliance driven programs where internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management are essential.
- Experience analyzing transactional data, using GPC systems like US BANK and Access Online, interpreting policy, and communicating effectively with cardholders, approving officials, and leadership. Strong judgment, the ability to work independently, and the confidence to enforce policy while supporting stakeholders are key to being effective from day one.
