What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROG ANLST position at NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES?
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FLEET MODERNIZATION AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIRECTORATE (N4), DEPLOYING GROUP SYSTEMS INTEGRATION TESTING (DGSIT) DIVISION (N41) of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the PROGRAM ANALYST, GS-0343-12, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:GS-12:
- Experience with program analysis, program planning and leadership of technical expertise supporting a formal quality assurance function which informs the Navy Type Fleet Platform and Readiness Type Commanders, Numbered Operational Commanders, and the Marine Expeditionary Force Commanders of the results of the C5I modernization strategy by assessing the operational commanders' C5I systems' interoperability and integration in an operational environment.
- Experience developing and directing plans for accomplishing program objectives.
- Experience overseeing the team's technical, administration and logistic efforts supporting the integration and interoperability testing of C5I systems associated with units and staffs assigned to deploying Carrier Strike Groups (CSG), Expeditionary Strike Groups (ESG), Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEF) Amphibious Ready Groups (ARG) and Marine Expeditionary Units (MEU).
- Experience representing the Command in various forums, and advocates Fleet and Command positions views in assigned program segment areas.
- Experience responding personally to urgent internal and external inquiries regarding programmatic issues.
- Experience with System Commands, Type Commanders, Fleet Commanders, and other related organizations.
