Summary
You will serve as a SPECIAL VENTURE ACQUISITION DIVISION DIRECTOR in the Asset Management Business Line of NAVFAC OSF.
Duties
You will oversee administration of contracts to ensure work is completed in accordance with specifications.You will review contracts to determine the effect of each action on particular facets of the contract (e.g., cost or price, delivery, performance).You will direct programs in support of family housing actions (policies, procedures and legislative actions) to ensure the accomplishment of established goals and objectivesYou will manage the planning process of special projects and military construction (MILCON) projects to ensure best use of resources in addressing housing and facility sustainment issues.You will prepare required acquisition documents, analysis, formulation, presentation and execution of contracts.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following1) Experience negotiating, executing, and managing high-value commercial ventures, commercial real estate portfolios, or large-scale privatization programs. 2) Applying commercial business and industry practices to oversee the financial performance, market analytics, and risk management of a complex portfolio of business agreements. AND 3)Serving as a senior technical authority, advising executive leadership on commercial business strategies, partnership viability, and resource management.
