Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will manage new and in-work engineering efforts supporting key PMA-265 program priorities.
- You will serve as Engineering Product Lead within the F/A-18 PSE IPT, planning and directing concurrent PSE development and qualification activities.
- You will report to the F/A-18 SE Lead Systems Engineer and In-Service Engineers.
- You will coordinate with program management, engineering, logistics, acquisition, contracts, and contractor personnel (as applicable) to ensure technically sound solutions and adherence to schedules.
- You will lead cross-competency team execution by coordinating work, identifying opportunities and risks/roadblocks, ensuring team cohesiveness, and briefing leadership as required.
