Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support including organizational management, personnel administration, structural authorization, training, time and attendance, audit requirements and master data maintenance.
- You will be responsible for ticket management and resolution; interpreting and communicating system changes/upgrades; interpret policies and procedures and making business process recommendations for effective operations.
- You will serve as the liaison to all Navy Commands under General Fund Business Office purview.
- You will provide effective customer service and ensure appropriate feedback mechanisms are established and maintained.
