- You will demonstrate expertise in organization management primarily focused on Manpower/Employee Development.
- You will manage the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department’s Library in compliance with DoD and Navy policy.
- You will develop business/technical analyses and/or participate in studies addressing complex problems.
- You will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, drawing conclusions, and developing recommendations associated with resource planning, training, security and safety, information technology, procurement, and space/facilities management.
- You will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, drawing conclusions, and developing recommendations associated with administrative functions associated with personnel management (e.g. recruiting, hiring, promotions, recognition, and resignations).
- You will establish and maintain performance metrics covering general business areas.
- You will work to improve Department business analysis methods, tools, databases, and processes.
