**Summary**
Under general supervision, manages data collection, analysis, reporting,
and performance monitoring associated with grant-funded rural health
transformation initiatives. This role supports evaluation of program
outcomes, billing readiness, quality improvement, and compliance with
reporting requirements.\

The Data Analyst plays a central role in advancing data-driven
decision-making to improve service delivery and ensure the long-term
sustainability of rural public health programs, including chronic
disease prevention, Community Health Worker (CHW) service models, and
maternal and child health initiatives.\

Position works collaboratively across Clinical Services and Outreach &
Education divisions in a non-supervisory capacity, translating complex
data into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that effectively
communicate program impact, inform strategy, and support reimbursement
pathways. Requires regular communication and interaction with
cross-divisional teams, department leadership, and external partners.
