Join NatWest Markets as a VP, Corporate Securitization.
Become a part of a growing team underwriting, purchasing, and syndicating securitization transactions linked primarily to Private Credit (CLOs / ABS / ABL) working with a very wide array of private credit managers
Providing origination support and leading execution, you’ll be making sure we deliver on our business strategy
What does the role do
Support the development and maintenance of client relationships, income streams, or new business opportunities
Risk analysis of new transactions
Lead the structuring and execution of securitisation transactions, working with clients, client facing teams, Trading, Finance, Legal, and other functions
The team operates a global model and there will be opportunities to work on both US and European customers
Skills and Experience needed for the role
Minimum 5 years of experience in structuring or investing in Securitizations (especially Private Credit, Middle Market or BSL CLOs and ABLs) is highly desirable
Excellent team player possessing strong project management and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
University Degree
The expected base annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure, certifications and location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus; medical, dental, and vision plans; life and disability insurance; employee wellness programs; retirement and savings plans with potential employer contributions; generous paid time off policy, parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
