- You are a Peer to the Affluent: You’ve succeeded in real estate, luxury automotive, jewelry, or private wealth and are comfortable in high-expectation environments.
- You Prefer Depth over Volume: You enjoy fewer deals, larger project scopes ($100k ), and long-term advisory.
- You are a Consultant, Not a "Pusher": You value listening, discretion, and follow-through over scripted pitches or "one-call closes."
