General Description:
Provides on-site supervision of the facility non-clinical staff and the residents at Transition Housing. Assist staff and clients in maintaining the integrity of the program and a consistent schedule. Ensure all program financial needs are tracked and kept within program financial limits on a spreadsheet. Create and maintain staff scheduling. Track and communicate clients’ program activities, attendance, and other statistics by maintaining program spreadsheets. Maintain a safe and calm atmosphere and ensure that residents are treated with respect and kindness.
Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides direct support to the Director for Behavioral Health.
- Sets programming and work schedules.
- Supervision of Transition Housing (TH) and Transition House (TH) Staff
- Establish ongoing training and education for all team members.
- Coordinate with White Bison for training and yearly recertification.
- Provide crisis interventions when needed.
- Track and fill purchase requisitions for TH.
- Maintain reporting for non-clinical staff and clients.
- Maintain facilities of TH.
- Ensure staff and clients follow policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- White Bison’s Wellbriety curriculum certifications
- Trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Medicaid knowledge and experience (Preferred)
- Knowledgeable in office operations; proficient PC skills including electronic records systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Experience with operating residential treatment or transition/sober living preferred

Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Hours may vary with additional work hours as needed)
