Regional Director – Model Solutions Sales
Position Overview:
The Regional Director (RD), covering Natixis Model Solutions Sales is responsible for positioning Natixis’ model portfolio solutions with select financial advisors at several brokers dealers who utilize the Envestnet platform. The position will be based in the Boston office, executing using remote sales tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Management to formulate and execute a territory business plan
- Identify, understand, and operate within the framework of select Broker Dealers who use the Envestnet platform to access model solutions.
- Meet and surpass activity goals for the region and service existing AUM
- Cultivate relationships with financial advisors and centers of influence via a mix of outbound calls, virtual meetings, and digital marketing campaigns
- Maximize internal resources of Natixis and its affiliates to provide service to existing and prospective clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
- Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) FINRA licenses required
- 3-5 years of prior financial services sales experience, including proven positive sales results from prior efforts
- Experience calling on financial advisors and/or knowledge of the Envestnet platform
- Extensive financial marketplace and portfolio construction knowledge
- Ability to travel (Twice per quarter)
- Team oriented with the ability to work autonomously when needed
- Effective time management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with territory management
