Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Home Health Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with prior experience in Home Health office operations and proficiency in Kinnser software by Wellsky. This is an immediate opening for someone ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and providers in both English and Spanish.
- Schedule appointments, manage records, and assist with patient intake and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Utilize (Kinnser software by Wellsky) and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Support billing, insurance verification, and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) — required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Kinnser software.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Home Health Care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to patient confidentiality.
