What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate/Title Search and/or Examiner position at National Title and Abstract Company?
A Title and Abstract Company Located in Miami-Dade County is looking for an experienced Title Searcher and/or Title Examiner to search the Public Records within the State of Florida. The Title Searcher will perform Title Commitments, Title Search Report, Ownership and Encumbrance Report, and updating Title as well. Experienced working with Ramquest and ATIDS system, is preferred but not required. Candidate with a minimum of Two-year experience and with the ability to handle large volumes of work. Also, with the ability to process information quickly, a fast learner, team player, energetic, go-get-it work ethic. With excellent attendance, positive attitude, and punctuality.
