Position Overview
Essential Job Functions:
Education & Certifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to
speak and read English
Experience: 0 -1 year of relevant experience
Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills, problem solving, positive attitude, teamwork, dependability, initiative, accuracy
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for duration of shift, and able to lift heavy bundles up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions: Temperature-regulated plant environment.

- Computer literate, able to read and understand job tickets
- Basic knowledge of measuring systems, (yards, meters, inches, ¼ inch, ½ inch, scale etc.)
- Able to accurately pull inventory for orders
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Sense of urgency to production
- Other duties as assigned
- On the job training; must be fast-paced
