What You’ll Be Doing
Working the line (grill, sauté, fry, pantry – wherever your skills shine)
Executing dishes to spec, with consistent flavor, seasoning, and plating
Prepping stations, rotating stock, and keeping the walk-in and line organized
Communicating clearly with the rest of the team during service
Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work area (we actually mean this)
Jumping in where needed—because we win service as a team, not as individuals
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of line cook experience in a busy, full-service or upscale casual restaurant
Strong knife skills and solid understanding of basic cooking techniques
Ability to handle high volume and pressure without melting down
Pride in your work—plating, seasoning, cleanliness, and consistency matter to you
Reliable, on time, and drama-free
A team-player mentality and a positive attitude (no ego, no excuses)
