What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working the line (grill, sauté, fry, pantry – wherever your skills shine)

  • Executing dishes to spec, with consistent flavor, seasoning, and plating

  • Prepping stations, rotating stock, and keeping the walk-in and line organized

  • Communicating clearly with the rest of the team during service

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work area (we actually mean this)

  • Jumping in where needed—because we win service as a team, not as individuals

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of line cook experience in a busy, full-service or upscale casual restaurant

  • Strong knife skills and solid understanding of basic cooking techniques

  • Ability to handle high volume and pressure without melting down

  • Pride in your work—plating, seasoning, cleanliness, and consistency matter to you

  • Reliable, on time, and drama-free

  • A team-player mentality and a positive attitude (no ego, no excuses)
