Requirements (Must Have):
2 years line cook experience (scratch kitchen preferred)
Reliable transportation
Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong knife skills and station management (grill, sauté, fry, prep)
Ability to work clean, fast, and organized
Team-first attitude with strong communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Food safety and sanitation knowledge
Responsibilities:
Execute menu items consistently to company standards
Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during peak service
Follow recipes, prep lists, and portion standards
Keep station stocked, clean, and organized
Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams
Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
