Closing Paralegal – Real Estate Law

Location: North Augusta, SC

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 37.5 hours/week

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000

Experience Required: 3–5 years in real estate or closing-related legal work

We are looking to hire a Closing Paralegal to support a fast-paced real estate closing practice. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in closing procedures, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and professional environment where your contributions truly matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase files for closing, communicating with agents, lenders, and clients
• Provide lenders with accurate fee information for Closing Disclosures
• Draft and prepare all necessary closing documents
• Review and verify final loan packages and instructions
• Ensure lender fees and disbursement figures are accurate and properly balanced
• Prepare HUD-1 settlement statements for non-TRID closings
• Secure closing and funding authorizations from lenders
• Disburse funds and initiate wire transfers post-authorization

• Familiarity with TRID, HUD-1, and Closing Disclosure forms
