Role Description
This full-time hybrid role of an Information Technology Application Support Specialist is based in Murfreesboro, TN, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The role involves supporting various software applications used within the organization, providing technical and application-level assistance, performing root cause analysis, and working closely with internal teams to enhance business processes. The specialist will also help troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for system improvements to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Application Support and Information Technology
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Technical Support experience to resolve system-related challenges efficiently
- Familiarity with Business Processes to identify and implement system improvements
- Ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment (both on-site in Murfreesboro, TN and remote)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a Home Health and/or Hospice environment is a plus
- Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR strongly preferred
