This is a full-time, on-site role as Director of Nursing based in Bluffton, SC. The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance with infection control policies, manage staff, and provide leadership in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, supervising nursing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, monitoring patient outcomes, and fostering a positive and collaborative care environment.
- Expertise in Nursing Management and team leadership within a healthcare setting
- Proven knowledge in Infection Control practices and compliance
- Proficiency in clinical practices, including Medicine and Nursing
- Experience with Long-term Care and patient-centered practices
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or eligibility for licensure
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining regulatory standards
- Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role is preferred
