• Position Description:** The Human Resource Clerk performs administrative support tasks in human resources. Starts seasonal with potential for post season employment opportunities.
• Department**: Human Resources (*May temporarily work at two Chehalis plant locations)*
• PayRate**: $19.55 per hour
• Benefits**: Employee Assistance Program and paid sick leave. Upon qualifying, eligible 401k matching.
• Schedule**: Starts seasonal with potential for post season employment opportunities. Full time or Part time hours available; including some day shifts, but mostly swing or night shift. Includes weekends, overtime, and some holidays.
• Specific Job Tasks:** including, but not limited to:
• Maintain confidentiality on all matters related to the position and the organization
• Maintains accurate employee files and records
• Assist with employee requests regarding policies and schedules
• Assist with resolving employee concerns and communicating information to employees
• Responsible for maintaining archive records
• Answering general questions regarding employment, records, and status
• Customer service and clerical responsibilities including: answering phones, drafting documents, printing items, organizing work, relaying messages, etc.
• Learn and comply with company standards and operating procedures
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, with flexibility
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to multitask as well as manage changing priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year(s) of Human Resources OR Office Administration experience OR equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Multilingual
• Data entry experience
• KRONOS database experience
