Job Title: Accounting and Payroll Clerk

Location: Lakeland, FL

Pay: $60,000/year

Hours: Day shift

Duration: Direct Hire Opportunity

Job Responsibilities

• Reconcile and post daily deposits to the general ledger
• Depreciation
• Assist with month-end close and special projects
• Process, maintain and record financial data
• Resolve billing discrepancies and assist with invoice-related inquiries
• Maintain tax account receivables and collection records
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
• Assists with payroll
  
  

Job Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Associates degree in accounting, finance, or related field required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Basic accounting knowledge
