Job Title: Support Services Representative

Location: Lakeland, FL

Pay: $15.50/hour

Hours: 11:30am-8:00pm, Monday-Friday, with one Saturday a month as needed

Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire

Job Description

• Respond to incoming phone calls, and placing outgoing calls to others in the organization
• Primary point of contact for customers calling to enroll in company service programs, placing orders and checking on the status of an order
  
  

Job Requirements

• Call Center experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Good data entry skills
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• High School Diploma/GED
