Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Shipping & Receiving Specialist opportunity at NDX Keller Dental Lab in Fenton, MO.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Specialist and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
- Responsible daily for opening and disinfection process of incoming cases as required by SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Responsible for Case Entry of all Business Unit cases (Manager discretion).
- Packing of all Business Unit cases (Manager discretion).
- Process shipments through FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship.
- Prepare paperwork by sorting by Business unit to prepare for scanning (as requested).
- Enter and print doctor supplies for fulfillment.
- Follow all steps, in order, according to the Technical Team Policies (TTPs) to ensure consistent and accurate results.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No experience required
