We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab Technical Advisor opportunity at NDX Albensi in Irwin, PA.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position
- Facilitate assigned technical area (Fixed/Implant) calls.
- Make proactive calls to follow up on completed cases for new doctors and for new products.
- Complete an “administrative quality inspection” on all cases, including checking items on the work ticket, prescription, billing accuracy, and adding personal notes where appropriate.
- Provide special attention to new doctors and doctors that are experiencing concerns.
- Build solid relationships with staff members in customer offices, including participation in local, regional and state dental staff organizations.
- Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved.
- Follow up on all customer issues to be sure the issues identified are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Conduct in-line and final inspections of fixed products to ensure a quality product is delivered to customers on a daily basis.
- Inspect cases ensuring doctor’s preferences are acknowledged and satisfied and RX and preferences have been accurately followed.
- Return cases that need to be corrected and provide feedback to team members who produce substandard work, and provide feedback to General Manager of identified trends.
- Look up cases in lab case management software and print daily reports to find outstanding cases to ship at the end of the day by getting them into shipping on time.
- Assist in the production of fixed prosthetics by producing additional work as trained and directed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products

- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Required: Minimum 12 months experience in a dental environment
- Preferred: Dental Assistant degree
- Preferred: 1-3 years chairside experience
- Aptitude in dental terminology, anatomy, and function
- Aptitude in anterior and posterior contouring
- Hand pieces
- Sand blaster

- Perform tasks at multiple workstations-standing and sitting for extended periods of time
