What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Systems Analyst position at National Computer Systems?
Specifically looking for a Facets expert, ideally CSP Facets Claims expertise. Key areas of focus:
1. Expand Claims First Pass AA
2. Start-up brand new Single Adjustment Automation program- use of AI to read/interpret member/provider requests, automation adjustments and communication back into requests
3. Expand our existing CRT (Project Rework) automation program; Redesigning complex workflows, adding additional automation/AI capabilities
As a Business Systems Analyst on our AI and Automation team, you have a key role in designing automated solutions for existing business processes and supports redesigning processes in line with business requirements and the organization''s digital strategy. |
Required Qualifications: |
3 years soliciting, reviewing and analyzing business requirements |
2 years of experience as a business analyst |
2 years of experience with claims |
2 years of experience creating and maintaining effective relationships in a professional environment |
2 years of healthcare experience |
1 years of experience gathering and working through business and/or technical requirements |
1 years of experience communicating with leadership |
2 years of proficiency experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint |

Preferred Qualifications: |
2 years of experience on CSP Facets Claims |
2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Visio |
1 years of experience working on Automation or Project Redesign projects |
1 years of experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Waterfall and Agile Methodologies |
1 year of experience with SQL |
1 year of experience with the following tools/applications: SAS, Tableau, Jira, Rally |
1 year of experience of leadership presentation experience |
1 year of experience understanding of workflow-based logic and conceptualize it as an automated solution |
1 year of experience with AI/ML, Generative AI |
