Description:
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services within a school-based and community setting. This role includes supervision of clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting program development and implementation. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
- Provide clinical supervision to licensed and non-licensed staff.
- Ensure adherence to agency policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Review and approve clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, and staff development sessions.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Support onboarding and training of new clinicians.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to coordinate care.
- Participate in audits, quality assurance reviews, and program evaluations.
- Maintain a small caseload as needed.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active Ohio licensure as LISW or LICDC.
- Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and behavioral health systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation standards.
