National Bus Sales is looking for a motivated Purchasing Associate to join our growing team. This is more than a purchasing role—it's an opportunity to build relationships across the country, identify inventory opportunities, negotiate purchases, and directly impact the success of one of the nation's leading bus dealerships.

What You'll Do
· Build and maintain strong relationships with bus dealers, schools, municipalities, and commercial customers across the country.
· Make outbound calls to existing and prospective inventory sources.
· Identify purchasing opportunities and negotiate competitive pricing.
· Source buses through dealerships, auctions, schools, businesses, and private sellers.
· Attend weekly online auctions and evaluate purchasing opportunities.
· Manage and maintain inventory information for the sales team and company website.
· Keep the Sales Team informed of available inventory and upcoming purchasing opportunities.
· Work leads within DealerSocket CRM.
· Coordinate purchased inventory with the Transportation Department for pickup and delivery.
· Maintain accurate dealer records and purchasing information.
· Assist the Purchasing Director with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
· Previous sales, purchasing, procurement, or business development experience preferred
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· CRM experience (DealerSocket or similar) is a plus
· Strong time management and organizational skills
