What You'll Do

· Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support company growth and sales objectives.

· Manage all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

· Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, brochures, videos, and other marketing materials.

· Manage and optimize the company website using WordPress or another CMS.

· Improve website traffic, search engine rankings, and lead generation through SEO best practices and keyword strategies.

· Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising campaigns.

· Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools to improve ROI.

· Work with internal departments and outside vendors to create high-quality graphics, photography, videos, and promotional materials.

· Develop marketing campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and support lead nurturing through marketing automation.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.

· Track KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

· Assist with trade shows, customer events, recruiting campaigns, and company branding initiatives.

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

· 3 years of digital marketing experience with measurable results.

· Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and paid advertising.

· Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and email marketing platforms.

· Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.

· Excellent writing, editing, and copywriting skills.

· Strong analytical mindset.

· Excellent organization and project management skills.

· B2B marketing experience preferred.

· Transportation, automotive, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus.
