Position Overview:
The Vending Operations Manager oversees all aspects of the company’s nationwide cooler and vending business. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing as well as maintaining a strong service agent network. In addition, this role supports the placement of cooler and vending machines, including equipment maintenance, for all National Beverage Corp. The position also supports National Beverage sales and marketing teams by coordinating all cooler and vending machines for trade shows, events, and promotions.

This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing as well as maintaining a strong service agent network. In addition, this role supports the placement of cooler and vending machines, including equipment maintenance, for all National Beverage Corp. The position also supports National Beverage sales and marketing teams by coordinating all cooler and vending machines for trade shows, events, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple regions including equipment servicing.
- Maintain a network of service agents throughout the U.S. to service vending and cooling equipment.
- Support National Beverage marketing teams requiring coolers or vending machines for shows, events and promotional activities including procurement, setup and teardown of the equipment.
- Perform other special assignments related to exclusive events, special programs, and unique equipment placements.
- Analyze asset and service reports to make sure our equipment is maximizing performance as far as service call rate (SCR) and return on investment.
- Hold suppliers of equipment accountable for excessive (SCR) service call rate.
- Maintain cost controls for vending operations.
- Negotiate supplier and equipment vendor contracts to secure competitive pricing and service agreements.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to accommodate travel requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in any related field, including consumer products or vending/refrigeration would be a positive.
