Senior Payroll Administrator II responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Weekly benefits processing
- Weekly leave processing
- Weekly payroll processing
- Other duties as assigned
This is an on-site position.
Qualified candidates for the Senior Payroll Administrator II position should possess the following:
Advocate adherence to Payroll policies
Attention to detail
Planning and organization - an ability to plan and manage multiple projects
Strong customer orientation
Problem analysis and problem resolution
High performance teams and a strong team player
Strong team building, interpersonal relationship skills, capability to deal confidently with senior/executive management
Knowledge of processing and understanding payroll policies
Strong technical skills and experience with multiple HRIS systems, database tools, UKG time collection systems and Microsoft Excel
Familiar with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations governing employee payroll requirements
Able to multi-task and contribute to a team-oriented, supportive working environment
High integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred with accounting, finance, or business field of study
Excellent verbal and written communications
Minimal travel required
Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
