Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine patrols to maintain a visible security presence and deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor and safeguard property, ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and clients.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations to uphold safety and compliance standards.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing appropriate support as needed.
- Accurately document all incidents and observations in detailed reports to support security operations.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to visitors and staff, delivering excellent customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and, when necessary, coordinate with local authorities to maintain overall safety.
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License (required)
- Prior experience in security, customer service, or related fields preferred
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Physically able to perform patrols and stand for extended periods
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
