About the Role
Nation Security is looking for an experienced and committed Security Field Supervisor to join our Orlando leadership team. In this critical role, you will oversee security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring top-tier safety, professionalism, and service. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies, post orders, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Site Oversight: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure accurate reporting and log completion.
- Incident Management: Respond to incidents, lead comprehensive investigations, and prepare detailed follow-up reports.
- Compliance & Integrity: Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence through consistent leadership and example.
- Operational Flexibility: Navigate a dynamic 24/7 security environment, managing changing priorities and schedules effectively.
- Professional Presence: Maintain a polished appearance, strong communication, and a positive demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement
- Valid Florida Class D and Class G licenses (armed and unarmed)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean record and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED; additional certifications are a plus
- Strong knowledge of security operations, incident response, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual preferred
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools
- Must pass a background check; no felony convictions
