Bilingual Security Guard

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will be a key part of our team, ensuring the safety of our premises while upholding a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a customer service role.
• A valid Florida Security Officer D License.
• A Valid Driver's License.
• Strong observational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting all visitors and enforcing company policies.
• Patrol and monitor assigned areas to prevent security threats, safety hazards, and suspicious activity.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and safety alarms.
• Manage access control and maintain smooth crowd flow.
• Document and report all incidents, accidents, and security events with clear and concise reports.

$16 - $18 an hour In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting visitors, enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe environment. Duties include patrolling and monitoring premises, managing access control, responding to emergencies, and documenting incidents. Candidates must hold a valid Florida D Security License and Driver's License, have at least one year of security or customer service experience, and demonstrate strong observation skills, professionalism, and reliability.
