Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls during overnight shifts.
- Dispatch and coordinate security officers in response to client needs and operational requirements.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with both clients and field personnel throughout each shift.
- Monitor real-time activity using dispatch software and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Follow established procedures for escalating incidents or emergencies.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at all times.
- Accurately document calls, incidents, and dispatch activities in the system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch, call center, or customer service roles.
- Overnight availability required (this is not a daytime position).
- Must work on-site in Doral, FL (remote work not available).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and dispatch or scheduling software.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional under pressure.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
