Luxury Residential Security Guard (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the Role
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Guard to join our elite security team at a high-profile luxury residential property in the heart of Brickell. In this role, you will be the first line of defense and the face of the property, providing exceptional, hospitality-driven customer service while ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, and assets.
You will work closely with property management and the Director of Security to maintain a secure, welcoming, and orderly environment.
Note: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively assist our diverse community, residents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Control & Guest Services: Monitor visitor entry, verify credentials, manage resident and vendor access, and greet everyone with a warm, professional, hospitality-focused demeanor.
- Property Patrols: Conduct regular foot patrols of the interior and exterior grounds, parking structures, and amenity areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure facility safety.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly to resident requests, noise complaints, maintenance issues, or security breaches; handle situations calmly and professionally.
- Accurate Reporting: Maintain daily activity logs and draft clear, detailed incident reports using modern security software and reporting tools.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce property rules, regulations, and life-safety protocols while reporting any maintenance hazards or safety risks immediately.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language: Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) — Required
- Experience: 1 years of security, customer service, or hospitality experience (Luxury residential or high-end hospitality background is a strong plus).
- Licensing: Active Florida Class D Security License — Required
- Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, a polished professional appearance, and a natural instinct for high-end customer service.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using visitor management software, mobile devices, access control systems, and basic security technology.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
