About the Role:
NSD is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to help elevate our recruiting function from a primarily requisition-driven model to a more proactive, strategic, and data-informed approach. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who understands that strong talent acquisition is not just about filling open positions it is about building pipelines, strengthening processes, advising leaders, and improving the candidate experience.
In this role, you will partner closely with managers and senior leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, lead recruiting for specialized and higher-level roles, and support continuous improvement across recruiting strategy, sourcing, reporting, employer branding, and hiring-manager partnership.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and strengthen NSD’s talent acquisition strategy, processes, and recruiting standards.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for management, professional, operational, IT, and specialized roles.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and support informed hiring decisions.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Improve job postings, employment brand messaging, and candidate attraction strategies.
- Oversee, coach, and support a Talent Acquisition team member responsible for Call Center recruiting.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Ensure candidates experience a professional, consistent, and engaging hiring process.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including management, operational, IT, or specialized recruiting.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting experience and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing recruiting strategies, improving processes, and building talent pipelines.
- Ability to interpret recruiting data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
- Strong partnership skills with managers, directors, and senior leaders.
- Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, organization, and project-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience leading or supervising a recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional.
- Experience with employer branding, candidate attraction, or recruiting technology optimization.
- Experience developing recruiting dashboards or executive-level reporting.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
