Male Direct Support Professional/Caregiver needed

Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with diverse needs
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications following prescribed instructions
- Monitor and document individuals' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel
- Support individuals in engaging in recreational activities and community outings
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for those under your care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans
- Uphold confidentiality standards and comply with relevant regulations

Qualifications:
- Experience in senior care, assisted living, patient care, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in working with systems and maintaining cleanliness in the work environment
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility challenges
- Background in childcare or home community care is advantageous
